Caulking

Caulking replacement is one of our many services as it is vital to keep water out of the structure.  It is used in expansion joints as well as below windows.

Here, "Backerod" is installed to fill the large cavity before the new caulking is appllied.

The new caulking is applied covering the backerod. 

The caulking matched the surrounding mortar color well; caulk is available in many colors.
